We have a range of packages on offer but we can also provide you with something entirely bespoke.

Payment 

All our party packages require a non-refundable deposit to be paid when booking. We will call you 48 hours before the party to confirm final numbers, allergies and take the balance payment. 

Theme 

When booking you are required to select a theme from: Dinosaur, Superheros, Pirates, Princesses, Fairies, Construction or Rainbows. With enough time we can usually accommodate something bespoke. If no theme is selected, we theme our party area around our Rainbow theme– which is usually a hit with all your guests! 

Invitations

We can provide PDF invitations for you. They will be emailed within a few days after the receipt of your non-refundable deposit on booking. 

Food and Drink 

All our party packages include a snack table, which are beautifully decorated according to your theme. Juice is available for all children. Our Pamper Parties do include mocktails.

The Maxi party package comes with our picnic lunch boxes, which typically contain a drink, sandwich, crisps and other snack. 

You do not need to bring any additional food but are welcome to. 

If anyone has a severe allergy which is passed on through touch, we will need to discuss this with you further to see if we are able to accommodate this within our setting.

Table Decorations 

We take care of all of the table decorations. All you need to do is turn up! We will be busy getting ready for all of our guests before the session but if you do have additional decorations, please get in touch so we can arrange this.

Cancellation 

Parties can be cancelled up to 72 hours before with no further charge. If within a 72 hour period, the total cost of the party is due.

Picnic Boxes

If you party package does not come with picnic boxes but you would like to add them, they are an additional £3.50 per child. ​

​

Cake 

You need to bring your own cake but if you would like to sort it for you, we charge an additional £50. The cake will match your theme - we welcome photos for inspiration.

Party Bags 

We can supply party bags for an additional cost of £3.50 a child to match your theme.

​

Hot Drinks and Biscuits

We can provide hot drinks and biscuits for adult guests for an additional £1.00 a guest. ​

​

Balloons 

Leek Post Office supply our balloon package - a large foil number, x2 table clusters of x3 themed balloons for £45.00.
