ACCESSIBILITY
The WOW Hub is located in a grade 2 historic building, constructed in the 1800’s. Whilst we have been able to adapt our building to accommodate most our customers’ requirements (kiddies 0-7 years), please do get in touch to discuss anything specific to you and we will always be happy to offer advice and make reasonable adjustments where possible.
FACILITIES
Our venue has baby change facilities, including potties, toilet training seats and complimentary sanitary products.
We have allocated seating areas where you can enjoy any food and drink. If you have any requirements regarding seating, please contact us ahead of your session and we will work with you to accommodate your request – we want everyone to feel welcome and cared for during their visit.
All we ask is that you clean and tidy any areas you use, using any cleaning products provided. ​​
We have a Tuck Shop selling pre-packaged drinks and snacks made offsite – ingredient and allergy content information can be provided for anything purchased.

We also provide a small lite bites menu too.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, as we appreciate the requirement to only consume food and drink purchased in venues, can price many out of attending.
We appreciate that for some, entering a facility where people can bring their own food can be challenging where intolerances and allergies are concerned. Please get in touch to discuss how we may support you with this in our setting.
